We’re excited to welcome you to the new Vets Barn website.

Our practice in Longhope has always been focused on providing straightforward, personal and independent veterinary care, and we wanted the website to reflect that more clearly.

The new site has been designed to make it much easier for pet owners to find the information they need, whether that is checking our services, viewing prices, learning more about vaccinations, dental care or operations, or simply getting in touch to book an appointment.

Dr Nick Horniman MRCVS, who privately owns and manages Vets Barn, said he was delighted to see the new site go live.

“It was important to us that the website felt like Vets Barn,” said Nick. “We are an independent local practice and we wanted something clear, friendly and useful for our clients, without making things overcomplicated.”

Visitors can now explore detailed information about our consultations, vaccinations and worming, operations, laboratory testing, dental care, X-rays and imaging, as well as compassionate euthanasia and pet cremation support.

We have also added clearer information about our pricing, the veterinary food we recommend, our trusted partners and answers to some of the questions we are most often asked by pet owners.

The new website also makes it easier to learn more about the Vets Barn team and the way we approach veterinary care here in Longhope.

Nick added: “The most important thing for us is still exactly the same as it has always been — looking after pets properly and giving owners honest, practical advice. The new website simply gives people a better way to understand what we do before they come through the door.”

We’ll also be using the new website to share useful pet health advice, practice updates and news from Vets Barn.
